The PanAbrasive plant was opened in Welland, Ontario in 1977 as a joint venture between CAE Industries and Cleveland Metal Abrasives.
In 1989, our name changed to PanAbrasive inc. The same year, the company opened a Sales Office in Montreal, Quebec.
In 1991, a Sales Office and a shipping warehouse opened in the United-States. From that date through 1997, warehouses and sales force were positioned in major metropolitan areas across the US.
Twenty-years after it was built, the plant has doubled its capacity and recently upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 Registration.
