Jingri-Cumi Super-Hard Material Co.,Ltd.(Jingri-Cumi) is a joint venture invested by China Metallurgical Geological Bureau (CEEB) and Carborundum Universal Ltd(CUMI),India, and established on 28th September 2006 on the basis of former Jingri Diamond Industrial Co.,Ltd. CEEB is a large-scale state-owned enterprise directly under SASAC, while CUMI is the largest specialized abrasives manufacturer of India.

The company has hundreds of varieties of products which comprise of three main series including synthetic diamond crystals, diamond tools and abrasives.
