Acme grinding wheels are produced on equipment specially designed to give precise control of each step in the mix-press-bake-finish process. Presses ranging from 50 to 3,000 ton capacity are used to assure uniform product density. Ovens are driven by state-of-the-art computerized controls. Speed testing is done on equipment utilizing precise control under high horsepower loads.
