ABRACS Ltd was established in 1989 when we obtained the sole import and distribution rights for abrasive and allied products from Comet. Comet are based in Slovenia and are one of the largest and most successful manufacturers of abrasive products in the world. The factory employs over 600 people and produces over 6 million abrasive wheels per month, which are distributed all over the world.
We receive deliveries from Comet every 14 days, which contain between 30 and 40 pallets. Our 3,500sq/ft warehouse, built on the outskirts of the beautiful city of York, can hold up to 500 pallets at one any time, which gives a good idea of the amount of stock that we hold.
We use two couriers to ship pallets and parcels throughout the UK and Ireland. All our shipments are traceable via the Internet in a very short time, ensuring that we always know the status of our customers¡¯ orders
