The manufacturing plants of Tidy Abrasives occupies an industrial area of 4,356 sq.m., with a committed workforce of over 60 well-trained staff and 4 technical specialists. Special high tech machines are used to convert SIA product such as abrasives of paper and cloth backings into sheets, rolls and belts of all sizes in order to suit local needs.
Most notably is the highly skilled capability to join and connect sanding belts accurately as the inability to do so would cause serious damage to the sanding or grinding machinery. The conversions are completed by specially trained workers with stringent quality controls to ensure the production of first-class products with the finest properties in terms of stability, edge strength and tear-resistant backing. In consequence, this will help users in cutting down production time and in increasing productivity.
