In the early days of Gin Chan’s existence, the company had only 60 employees.
Nevertheless, following company Managing Director, Mr. Chang Ping-nan’s leadership, the management team’s particular industry experience, unique approach to the international marketplace, and management principles, within ten short years Gin Chan had remarkable sales, growth and well over 300 employees.

In order to broaden the market and range of services, Gin Chan established a second branch and service center in Dong Guan City, Guang Dong province, China, in 1997 with 10,000 square meters of floor space. In 2004 a second Taipei facility in Shu Lin was established importing Swiss, German, Japanese grinders and production centers upping the level of product precision and quality.
