Introducing the Mx2000 Adaptive Grinding System! The Mx2000 Grinding System is comprised of a 3-axis CNC 8x18 Surface Grinder with a Centerless Grinding attachment. The Mx2000 can easily grind complex shapes on carbide, steel, ceramic blanks, etc. Our advanced windows-based software allows you to provide a drawing and the control does the rest. With in-process online dressing, simple and complex shapes can be dressed into the wheel at any time during the grinding process or at the end of every part cycle. The Mx2000 now offers an integrated robotic loader which loads a new part after each cycle automatically.
The system can be configured with a variety of work-holding options including a computer-controlled indexing workhead. The system can be easily adapted for other grinding applications.
