A Kind of New Type Grinding and Polishing Tool for Lathe Abrasive Belt must install the key on the right place of damping roller supporting and the retarding disk on the right place of damping roller support. It must make sure that retarding disk slides flexibly during installation. There uses bolt to fix frictional disk inside of the damping roller support. There installs two damping roller bearings inside of damping roller. And put the damping roll in the middle of X- type damping roller support. The pull rod is through the hole of retarding disk from one side of damping roller support and is fixed tightly with hinge pin. Then install damping spring and adjusting nut.
