Resin Bond wheel is the combination product that Phenol resin, as the main object, is mixed with stiffener and chemical content. Whereas phenolic resin is commonly used in the field, we invented polyimide resin exclusively. Mainly, the resin bond is used for the heavy duty wheel, surface finishing, the grinding diamond, and CBN bond. It has elasticity and less heat by good grind ability, due to the harmonious generation of grit. Moreover, high quality finish can be achieved. However, there are weak points in resin bond as well. It has weak resistivity from heat and strength by resin.
