Detailed Description:
Emery is commonly known as carborundum, it is mainly made from Bauxite. Anthracite and Iron Filings, formed under high-temperature smelting in arc furnace. It's in brown color and has very good toughness, Microhardness 1800-2200kg/mm2, bulk density ?3.85/cm3, high temperature resistance and refractoriness up to1850?. Emery grain is selected from the block by using the process of rolling, milling, Barmac and other equipment. Grain size 16-320 is mainly used for finishing,sand blasting and grinding ect.
