The machine main fraims are all in cast iron, the machine move using AC servo motors (brushless) and high precision reducers.
The axis move on linear guide with recirculating balls protected from water and dust.
The bridge and the head movement are controlled by PC, but the head 90 degrese tilt is manual.
The table is power hydraulically with 2 pistons, it open up to 85 degrese, the table can be mechanically locked in any position, the rotation is manual (optional with motor controlled by CNC), but the rotation degree is always visualized on the pendant Control Panel.
The maximum mounted disc size is 24" 625mm powered by direct drive spindle (24HP/18KW).
The TOP CUT 500 is operated by touch screen connected to a normal computer, the software of the machine is easy to use for single cut, programmable cuts, step cutting and also have the possibility to import dxf files for shaping with the fingerbit.
The disc is followed by a line laser, and there is a remote control for manual operation.
